Terms of service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships renew automatically through PayPal for the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. You may cancel renewal from the membership page. Except where required by law, completed charges and used credits are non-refundable.

3. Downloads and credits

One credit downloads one individual sound. New Producer, Pro and Studio plans receive 200, 500 and 1,000 downloads per month respectively. Monthly plans receive their allowance after each successful payment. New annual plans are billed once yearly and add their allowance monthly during the paid year. Existing memberships retain the allocation schedule displayed at their original checkout. Unused credits remain available while the paid membership is active. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be used only for Lit Loops downloads. Lit Loops may correct balances affected by fraud or technical error.

4. Sound license

Each lawful download receives the non-exclusive commercial license described on the Sound License page. Redistribution of isolated sounds, account sharing, automated scraping, and use in competing sound libraries are prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious or unlawful material, probe security, automate downloads, or use the service unlawfully. If you upload a profile image, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it is not abusive or infringing. We may suspend access needed to protect the service, members, creators, or rights holders.

6. Service changes

The library and features evolve. We may add, remove, or update content and functionality. DAW preview is a planned feature and not part of the current paid service.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Lit Loops does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid during the twelve months before the claim.

9. Google Maps reviews

When you choose to load Google reviews, we retrieve current public reviews through Google Maps Platform. Reviewer images may load from Google, and Google processes requests under the Google Privacy Policy. Google Maps features are also subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service, which are incorporated here by reference. We do not store Google review content.
