Privacy policy.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name, email, optional profile image, and the account identifier provided when you choose Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in. We also collect membership and payment references supplied by PayPal, favorites, search and preview activity, downloads, credit transactions, device and log information, and messages you send to support. Lit Loops does not store social-provider access tokens or full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts, process memberships, deliver downloads, maintain credit balances, personalize the library, respond to support, prevent abuse, understand performance, and send opted-in product updates.

Sharing

If you use social sign-in, the provider processes the sign-in request under its own privacy terms and shares the basic profile details you approve. We share limited information with service providers that operate hosting, payment, email, analytics, security, and support functions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

We retain account and transaction records for legitimate business, tax, security, and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls, password hashing, one-time authorization state, and audit logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update your profile image, account details, and marketing preferences in account settings. You can also revoke Lit Loops access in your social provider's account settings. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@lit-loops.com. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for login, security, and session state. Local browser storage remembers guest preview counts and interface preferences.
